Group classes are a fantastic way to stay motivated and challenge yourself to push harder than before. Anyone is welcome, including people of all fitness levels and everyone over the age of 16. We offer high and low impact classes to accommodate beginner to advanced gym-goers, as well as the elderly in our community who want to stay fit. Our group classes include LesMills (BODYPUMP®, BODYSTEP® and BODYBALANCE®), Spin, Sit & Be Fit (senior’s class), Litespace (low impact aerobics), Pilates and Yoga, as well as virtual classes.
